Booking pipeline
An enquiry comes in from your website, your inbox or a call. From then on it moves through one pipeline, and everyone on the team can see where it stands.

One pipeline
Enquiry, quoting, quote sent, confirmed, authorised, travelling, returned. The same words on every booking, so a glance tells you what needs doing.
Enquiries captured, not copied
Website forms and inbound email land as enquiries with the dates, party and budget already filled in. Qualify them, then convert to a booking in one step.
Status you can see
Lapsed quotes, overdue payments and departures this week stand out on the list and on the dashboard, without a report being run.
ATOL where it applies
Flight-inclusive bookings carry their ATOL handling and certificates, generated in your branding.
Questions about the booking pipeline
How do enquiries from my website get into Tourbox?
Add a Tourbox form to your website and each submission arrives as a new enquiry, with the form as its source and the answers attached. Enquiries from your inbox and from phone calls go into the same list, so every lead is in one place. From there you qualify it, reject it with a reason, or start a quote.
What happens to the enquiry when I start a quote?
Starting a quote creates a booking from the enquiry, and the enquiry becomes read-only and stays linked to it. The work carries on in the booking, which starts at Quoting in Tourbox. One enquiry never turns into two bookings.
When does a booking count as confirmed?
A booking moves to Confirmed when the first customer payment is recorded against it, and you authorise it once everything is final. Tourbox records each change of status with who made it and when.
Can I see which bookings need attention without running a report?
Yes. Lapsed quotes, overdue payments and departures this week stand out on the bookings list and on the Tourbox dashboard. The list filters by status, owner, travel dates and tags.
Does it handle ATOL for flight-inclusive trips?
Yes. A flight-inclusive booking carries its ATOL handling, and Tourbox generates the ATOL certificate in your branding, alongside your other documents.
