Questions about the AI tools
Can it read supplier invoices for me?
Yes. Upload a supplier invoice, confirmation or receipt as a PDF, an image or a scan, and Tourbox pulls out the supplier, document number, dates, line items, totals, tax and currency. You check the result side by side with the document, correct anything wrong and save it as a supplier document.
Where does the AI run, and is my data used for training?
The models run on providers with EU regions, locked in code to an approved set and listed on the Tourbox sub-processor page. Nothing is trained on your data.
Does it send replies on its own?
No. Inbound email is classified and a reply drafted from the booking, and you edit and send it yourself. Any text the AI writes in Tourbox can be reviewed and changed before it is saved.
What can I ask the knowledge base chat?
Anything your hub has an answer to, asked in plain words, such as how you handle a cancellation after departure or which hotels you recommend for families. Tourbox answers from your own pages and shows the page each answer came from.
What does it do with my photos?
Tourbox can sharpen up small photos so they print and display at full size, retouch them and generate variations of them. It also finds the duplicate tags and places that build up over the years, so your lists stay tidy.
