Questions about tasks and tools
Can a task be tied to a booking?
Yes. A task links to a booking, an enquiry or a customer, shows on that record, and carries the owner, due date and time, and priority. Your own task list shows everything assigned to you across all of them.
What can automation rules do?
Raise tasks on a trigger, such as a payment falling due, a departure approaching, a form being submitted or a status changing, and send a form or a message when a person confirms. The rules are yours to define and switch off.
What is a work list for?
For a pass through many hotels, activities or other catalogue items at once, such as checking photos and descriptions before a season. You pick the items, Tourbox gives you a list to walk, and each one is edited in place and ticked off, with keyboard shortcuts to move fast.
Does dictation work in any field?
Yes. Hold the dictation key, speak, release, and the text is typed where your cursor is. Speech is transcribed on a provider with an EU region, and the minutes used are visible in Settings.
