Can I limit what a new consultant can see?
Yes. Everyone on the team has a role in Tourbox, one of owner, admin, editor or viewer. Give a new consultant what they need on day one without handing them the finance screens.
Can I assign follow-ups with a deadline?
Yes. A task has an owner, a due date and time, and a priority, and it can be linked to a booking, an enquiry or a customer, where it shows on that record's timeline. Automation rules in Tourbox raise the routine tasks for you.
Where does the team keep destination and supplier know-how?
In the hub, a searchable knowledge base of folders and documents, written in Tourbox or uploaded as files such as PDFs and spreadsheets. Search finds pages by meaning as well as by keyword, and the chat answers questions from your own pages with the page each answer came from.
Will quotes and emails read the same whoever sends them?
Yes. Itinerary blocks, document templates and email snippets are shared by the whole team, and Tourbox fills in details such as the customer's name and the booking reference from the booking when they are used.
What happens to someone's work when they leave?
Removing a member ends their access to Tourbox straight away. The bookings, enquiries and messages they created stay, with their name on them, and you can invite them back later.
