Your website

Your website is where most trips start. Tourbox gives it the pieces it needs from the system that runs the trips, without replacing the site you already have.

What it does

Forms

Build enquiry forms and traveller questionnaires in Tourbox, with pages, questions that appear only when they apply, and your branding, and add them to your site. Each submission arrives as an enquiry with the form as its source and the answers attached.

WordPress plugin

Adds your forms as a block or a shortcode, a Tourbox tab in the WordPress media window that browses your library with search and a crop editor, and the visitor tracking tag. It updates itself.

Which adverts brought in bookings

The tracking codes that arrive with an ad click are kept from the first visit through the enquiry to the booking, and the result is sent back to Google, Meta and Microsoft so your advertising learns which clicks became trips.

Content for your website

Write up your hotels, places and team members once in Tourbox, with photos and whatever fields you choose, and your website shows them. Your site keeps its own design and your web developer connects it with a feed.

Booking share links

A link a customer can open on their phone to see where their booking stands, with no sign-in.

Your own media domain

Photos on your site can carry a web address you own, so nothing on the page points at ours.

Questions about the website features

Do I need to rebuild my website to use Tourbox?

No. Forms go on any site with a short piece of code your web developer pastes in, the WordPress plugin installs like any other, and the tracking tag is one line. Website content feeds the site you have rather than replacing it.

How do website enquiries reach the booking pipeline?

A submission on a Tourbox form becomes an enquiry in your pipeline with the form named as the source, the answers attached, and the visitor's attribution kept. From there your team qualifies it, declines it with a reason, or starts a quote.

Which ad platforms get conversions back?

Google, Meta and Microsoft. Tourbox keeps the click identifiers it saw on the first visit and sends the conversion when the enquiry becomes a booking, so bidding learns from real trips rather than form fills.

What does the WordPress plugin do with my media library?

It adds a Tourbox tab to the WordPress media window. Editors search your library by meaning, filter by tag or place, choose the size and framing, and the image is inserted from Tourbox's delivery, from your own domain if you have set one.

Does Tourbox build web pages?

No. You write the content in Tourbox, attached to the thing it describes, such as a hotel or a destination, and your website reads it through a feed and shows it in its own design. Your web developer sets that up once, with what is called a headless CMS.
